IV Therapy Membership Details
Every month you’ll receive one IV of your choice from our menu, plus a B12 or Fat Burner Injection. You’ll also get discounts on additional IVs and our pharmaceutical grade skincare. Plus, you will save on all of our skincare services. It’s a wonderful way to support your health and wellness from the inside out.
Credits that are not used will remain active in your account for three months from the month they were earned. After this period, the credits will expire.
Billing is monthly with an initial three-month commitment. If needed, we offer early cancellation with a $100 fee.
All IV memberships paid monthly will renew automatically month-to-month. For cancellations, to freeze, and/or changes to memberships for any reason, members must notify at least 30 days before the next auto-pay, using “membership cancellation, membership hold, or membership change” as the subject heading of the email sent to info@quenchspa.com. In turn, We will send a confirmation via email after the changes have been made to the account within seven (7) business days of the change.
